Tsunami offers the finest, traditional-Japanese sushi, prepared with some of the highest-grade and organic fish available in the world. We almost exclusively provide Organic king salmon, grade-A yellow- and blue-fin tuna and other rare delicacies listed on our a la carte menu. High-quality fish is sometimes hard to find, but we've done our research and fight market strains to keep our prices fair while bringing you the best the market has to offer.

Using unique ingredients, we carefully create a presentation that will please both your eyes and your taste buds.

What's more, you'll be eating a nutritious meal. Fish is a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids and other beneficial proteins. Studies continue to show the enormous role these fatty acids play in promoting a healthy heart, higher metabolism, and general well being. The seaweed in sushi is rich in vitamins and minerals, and will reduce cholesterol deposits in your blood vessels. Other vegetables in sushi, such as sweet potatoes, are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. The vinegar used in our rice, ginger, and wasabi; served with all our sushi dishes have anti-bacterial properties and could prevent illness, fatigue, and high blood pressure.
